In-depth briefings/discussions with the Top Management Team to understand their perspective

Identify the “Target Group” and conduct a training needs audit, which will highlight the areas of strength

Develop/devise specific training programs/training workshops to reinforce the identified areas.
 

·

After completion, conduct a periodic review, to be mutually decided. This will provide adequate feedback of training effectiveness
